The 60’s were a decade of exciting cultural and political

the era witnessed the Civil Rights Movement, Vietnam War, and the birth of the Peace and Love generation. The music of the 60’s reflected these
transformations as traditional folk merged with electric instruments to give
birth to the Folk Pop, Folk Rock and Singer Songwriter eras.
